SIMPLE FACTS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN BUYING ON
THE SECONDARY MARKET!COST OF WEEKS WILL VARY - Weeks are priced by the Sellers and they vary greatly in cost, dependent on many personal factors in their lives.
MAKE AN OFFER - If you wish to make an offer, we will be glad to present your offer to the Seller.
WHO HANDLES THE FUNDS? - Your down payment and balance, when requested, is sent by you directly to a licensed title company or local real estate Attorney's office and placed by them into an Escrow account.
FREE AND CLEAR - When the title search determines that the title is Free and Clear of all encumbrances.Closing will take place, Title Insurance Policy will be issued to you, Deed is put in your name and recorded in the Courthouse. ATB will supervise this process for you every step of the way.
Exchange - You may join II (Interval International) with 1400 resorts, or RCI (Resort Condominium International) with 3400 resorts. These two exchange companies let owners have the ability to trade and travel through exchange networks.
