If a release day falls on a weekend, or a holiday that Owner Services is closed, inventory will be released the following business day.
All reservations may be made beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern Time on the date indicated. Reservations in the 13-month window can only be made by contacting Owner Services.
Marriott’s Fairway Villas is located across the bay from Atlantic City and less than an hour from the seaside town of Cape May. The resort itself is surrounded by natural woodlands and offers an ideal location close to championship golf, the excitement of Atlantic City, and plenty of beautiful beaches. Although this area is known for its rich history of golf, there is something to offer every traveler. Southern New Jersey has miles upon miles of sparkling beaches and Atlantic City boasts a world-famous oceanfront boardwalk. Atlantic City Boardwalk is only 10 miles from the resort and offers casinos, restaurants, and dining. Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, DC are all within driving distance of the resort.
