An “Even Year” timeshare (often abbreviated as EOY Even) is a specific type of biennial ownership where the owner is only allotted their vacation week or points during calendar years that end in an even number (e.g., 2024, 2026, 2028). Owners of these contracts typically pay maintenance fees every year at half the standard rate, or they pay the full rate only during their usage year.
