Perfectly positioned amid the invigorating outdoor adventures of Colorado’s famed Steamboat Springs, Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas is a fun-filled family retreat. It’s the area’s only full-service ski-in/ski-out resort and sits just steps from Steamboat’s Christie Peak Express chairlift and gondola. A quick ride brings you to all the fabulous winter and summer recreation on Mt. Werner.

There are Happy Hour specials daily and you can enjoy live après music throughout the season.

Recount the highlights of your latest round at Fish Creek Grille. Situated on the upper level of our Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club clubhouse, its indoor dining area and outdoor deck overlook the course’s driving and putting ranges.

Timber & Torch

Cuisine: American

Hours: Open daily, beginning June 18th, 2026. Summer hours run daily, 3–9 p.m. through mid-August. Beginning mid-August, we’re open weekends only, 3–9 p.m. through September.

We believe the view needs to be as enticing as the food. And when you head to Timber & Torch, located at the base of the mountain, you’ll see what we mean. Enjoy cocktails on the deck or enjoy Steamboat’s version of dining al fresco when we roll up the doors and bring the outdoors inside. The inviting, mountain-inspired atmosphere and Steamboat themed menu featuring such items as the Ski Town, U.S.A.® Burger combine to create the perfect spot to enjoy an evening in the Rockies.
