While the resort boasts 3 unit types including Studio, 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom villas, only the 1 and 2 Bedroom units were sold to owners. The Studio unit type is available due to the 2 Bedroom unit being able to lock-off into a 1 Bedroom and a Studio, but this unit type was never sold to the public as a deeded unit type.
