Deeded Ownership

Each season ranges in travel demand and resale value, with Bronze representing the lowest demand and lowest resale prices, and Platinum being the highest travel demand with the highest resale value.

All ownerships are deeded to either of the resort’s 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom unit types, and come with either, Garden View, Ocean Side, or Ocean Vista view types. Ocean Vista units will generally command a premium and can be a bit harder to find for sale, Ocean Side units are readily available on the resale market, but still command a premium when compared to Garden View units.
