While the resort boasts 4 different unit types total, only 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units were sold to owners. The 1 bedroom and studio units exist simply due to the larger units having the ability to lock off, creating two smaller units.
Owners will have the choice of being deeded to either Ocean Side or Ocean Front units, with Ocean Front views being the more desirable of the two. 3 Bedroom units only offer the Ocean Front view type, whereas 2 bedroom units can feature either view type.
Ocean Pointe offers Silver, Gold, and Platinum seasons, which range in terms of travel demand with Silver representing the lowest demand, and Platinum representing the highest demand.
