An affiliated resort is a timeshare property that maintains an active, contractual relationship with a major third-party exchange network, such as RCI or Interval International. This affiliation is what allows the resort’s owners to deposit their home weeks into the network and trade them for vacations at thousands of other participating resorts around the world.
