An “Odd Year” timeshare (often abbreviated as EOY Odd) is a biennial ownership structure where the owner is only entitled to use their timeshare interval or points during calendar years ending in an odd number (e.g., 2025, 2027, 2029). Like even-year ownerships, this arrangement appeals to buyers who do not wish to travel every single year and want to reduce their long-term maintenance fee obligations.
