An owner update (sometimes called an owner review, portfolio review, or VIP breakfast) is a meeting strongly suggested to current owners while they are vacationing at their home resort. While pitched as a helpful session to inform owners of new club rules, booking tips, or resort changes, it is fundamentally a high-pressure sales presentation designed to convince the owner to buy an “upgrade” or purchase more points.
