Home Week Priority

« Back to Glossary Index

For Hilton Grand Vacations owners, the Home Week Priority booking window is the period of time where an HGV owner can book their deeded unit type, during their deeded season, at their deeded home resort for one full 7 night stay. The Home Week Priority booking window begins starting 365 days (12 months) prior to your desired check-in date.

Here are some important things to note for booking in your HGVC Home Week reservation window:

  • ClubPoints earned in the use year are the only ones that can be used during the Home Week window
  • ClubPoints that are Borrowed, Rescued, or Deposited can not be used in the Home Week window
  • Home Week Priority Priority booking window begins 12 months prior to check-in for all HGV resort
  • Home Week Priority booking window ends 9 months to check-in for most resorts, but do differ for New York, Washington D.C., and some Hawaiian resorts so be sure to get the booking windows for your desired resort to be sure
  • Requires a reservation in the exact unit size and unit type in the season that the member is deeded to, for a full 7-night reservation
  • All of the annual allotment of ClubPoints assigned to the home resort week will be used
  • Hilton Grand Vacation Club works as similarly to a floating week system when booking during the Home Week Priority booking
  • The flexible point based system will not apply while in the home week booking period
