Vistana Fees For Owners Not Enrolled In Abound
The Vistana Signature Network (VSN) has a handful of different fees. Some fees are mandatory and must be paid by owners each year, such as their annual maintenance fees, and an annual VSN membership fee, while other fees are optional and are based on how the owner uses their points such as banking fees, exchange fees, cancellation fees, and guest fees. The annual membership fee is a fixed yearly fee that all owners must pay to access the Vistana benefits and be a part of the network.

Vistana Fees For Owners Enrolled In Abound
Vistana recently launched their Abound program, which offers a variety of benefits and potential discounts to Vistana owners. The fees associated with the Abound Program are slightly different than those for traditional Vistana owners.
When a Vistana owner joins the Abound program, they will begin paying the annual Club Fee that Marriott owners pay each year (based on membership level). By doing so, Vistana owners who are Abound members will no longer pay the following fees:
- VSN fees
- housekeeping fees
- fees for banking StarOptions
- exchange fees for Marriott, Westin or Sheraton properties
- fees for converting to Bonvoy Points
- guest certificate fees
- reservation cancellation fees
