While the fixed week ownerships are relatively rare on the resale market, buyers can find most floating week options readily available on the secondary market.
While the resort does offer 3 unit types in total, the 2 bedroom lock-off units are the only unit size that was sold to owners. Both the Studio and 1 bedroom units come from locking off the 2 bedroom.
It’s also worth noting that this resort does not have distinct view types, which further simplifies the options that can be found on the resale market to just one view category.
